I’m extremely excited to commit to bringing the first 100% plant based menu to the Strip. What’s a difference dining has become from the days of $ .99 buffets. Truth & Tonic at the Venetian Resort c/o Canyon Ranch and myself will be the first to focus on wellness by only using plant based ingredients.
